Cheers to you—you’ve mastered coffee concentrate with your . Having a pitcher of smooth, drinkable cold coffee in the fridge means you’re ready to whip up any kind of coffee concoction. Here are three fun ways to use your cold brew—indulgent, refreshing and party-ready—straight from the coffee loving chefs in our PC® Test Kitchen.

1.
Dollop on cold foam for a frosty treat

Be your own barista and shake up the easiest vanilla sweet cream cold foam. Combine 1 cup (250 mL) of chilled heavy cream, ½ cup (125 mL) 2% milk, and 1/4 cup (60 mL) Cocktail Mixer and store in refrigerator. To make 1 drink, whip, froth or shake 1/3 cup (83 mL) of sweet cream mixture until thick and the consistency of melted ice cream, then spoon over of a large glass filled with 1 cup (250 mL) cold brew and ice.

Cool off with a cold brew tonic

This unexpected combination will wake you up as it refreshes. Fill a tall glass three quarters of the way up with ice. Pour in 1/2 cup (125 mL) of , top with 1/3 cup (83 mL) cold brew and stir in 1 + 1 tsp (5 mL) of cherry syrup. If you like, add 1 ounce (30 mL) of gin to make it a gin-and-cold brew tonic!

Blend up party-ready big-batch espresso martinis

Forget pulling individual shots of espresso—cold brew concentrate is perfect for espresso martinis for a crowd. In a large blender, combine 1 cup (250 mL) vodka, 3/4 cup (185 mL) coffee liqueur, 3/4 cup (185 mL) cold brew, 1/4 cup (60 mL) Cocktail Mixer and 2 cups (500 mL) of ice cubes. Blend until ice is completely broken down and mixture is frothy. Divide among eight martini glasses and serve immediately.
