Here’s how: cold brew comes from grounds steeped slowly in cold water, which makes for a smooth, less acidic sip (as opposed to iced coffee, which is brewed hot, then chilled). Simply steep your favourite whole bean, coarsely ground PC^® coffee overnight—our carafe is shaped to fit inside the fridge door, so it’s always easy to reach for.
