We’re highly skilled at slicing through squash. And then stuffing both tender halves with a generous, complex filling of tomato, pearl barley, chickpeas, buckwheat, red onion, zucchini, quinoa and spices. For delightful crunch, we’ve topped it with a seed mix starring sunflower, pumpkin, flax and sesame.
