Red Thai hot peppers are the ripe version of green Thai chilis and they definitely bring the heat. They’re often used in red curries, but are equally delicious in stir-fries, noodles and soups. PC® Red Thai Hot Peppers are rated in the light red category, meaning they’re extra hot.

Each pepper comes in a pack that is clearly labelled with a colour-coded rating: yellow for medium, orange for hot, light red for extra hot, dark red for fiery and burgundy for scorching.
