PC® Pencil Hot Hot Peppers originate from Southeast Asia and are available in a rainbow of colours Try them in stir fries and cold noodle salads--they bring some heat, but don’t overwhelm delicate flavours. We’ve rated them in the light red category, meaning they’re extra hot.

Did you know that we have a whole new pepper collection that makes it easy for you to spice things up in the kitchen? Each pepper comes in a pack that is clearly labelled with a colour-coded rating: yellow for medium, orange for hot, light red for extra hot, dark red for fiery and burgundy for scorching.
