PC Habanero Hot Peppers

A world of peppers, from medium to scorching.

While this pepper originated in Peru, it’s widely associated with Mexican cuisine. It’s citrusy and bright, and has a subtle smoky flavour. Add some to your fruit-based marinades during grilling season, or finely dice and add to pineapple or mango salsa. They’re also great blistered on the grill—this is when that smoky flavour will really come through. PC® Habanero Hot Peppers are in the dark red category, meaning they’re fiery hot.

Did you know that we have a whole new pepper collection that makes it easy for you to spice things up in the kitchen? Each pepper comes in a pack that is clearly labelled with a colour-coded rating: yellow for medium, orange for hot, light red for extra hot, dark red for fiery and burgundy for scorching.
