These peppers are scorchers! In fact, they’re one of the hottest peppers in the world. But when used sparingly they can add a sweet, almost fruity flavour to whatever you’re cooking up. To start, try using in a condiment (they make a great hot sauce), or adding a small amount to something fatty, like a pork or coconut milk-based stew.
