These small, thin peppers give a boost of flavour to anything you’re cooking up (like that chili con carne). But be warned, they’re spicy. PC® Finger Hot Hot Peppers are rated in the light red category, meaning they’re extra hot.

Did you know that we have a whole new pepper collection that makes it easy for you to spice things up in the kitchen? Each pepper comes in a pack that is clearly labelled with a colour-coded rating: yellow for medium, orange for hot, light red for extra hot, dark red for fiery and burgundy for scorching. If you can handle the heat of a pepper from the light red category, for example, you know you can try others in that same grouping.
