Enter a southern classic that’s completely unexpected and none of the above. Our PC® Black Label White Barbecue Sauce pays homage to the OG savoury, tangy and mega multipurpose wonder that originated in Alabama back in 1925. We married a creamy oil base and prepared mustard for a velvety texture (with kick!) before balancing it all out with a harmonious blend of oil and vinegars for a perfect puckery punch. Our version can be used as a dip, finishing sauce or a baster, so your meat stays extra juicy. The “IT” barbecue sauce is white—and it gets slathered on everything.

    Ingredients: vegetable oil, water, white vinegar, sugar, sea salt, applecider vinegar, black pepper, garlic powder, modified corn starch, driedegg yolk, prepared mustard (water, white vinegar, mustard flour,mustard, sea salt, garlic, onion, spices), concentrated lemon juice,skim milk powder, xanthan gum, celery salt, potassium sorbate, naturalflavor (contain whey, salt), paprika, cayenne pepper. may contain: treenuts, soy, sesame, wheat, barely.
