PC Cauliflower Gnocchi

A fabulous frozen find that gives you perfect pasta? It’s now possible! Our PC® Cauliflower Gnocchi truly tastes homemade. Made in Italy, each gnocchi is carefully concocted for the best bite. Starting with fresh cauliflower. A lot of it (each piece is 70% cauliflower). And only four other ingredients--cassava flour, potato starch, sea salt and extra virgin olive oil (yes, it’s gluten free). Mixed to ensure perfect, pillowy gnocchi. Then cut, boiled and individually frozen to preserve the quality. Pop them out of the freezer and into a skillet to cook for a simple supper or an elegant dish. Just top with a jar of sauce or a little butter and Parm. It’s that easy—and impressive.
